Repost assignment- humor

Why humor should be used at work? When we read about this topic, I sure all of us will think it is appropriate or not. Maybe some of us will say no and some people will say yes. How about you? For me, humor should be use at work. There are a lot of benefits bring into the workers and their organization. People always say laughter really is the best medicine.
In my opinion the biggest enemy today’s employees is workplace stress. Stress can make you feel sick, depressed, irritable and unproductive. Luckily the cure is cheap and effective that is laughter. Laughter releases endorphins that can reduce stress and finally you will create a sense of wellbeing and make you feel more alert when doing work and humor can help you think and be more creative to build more new ideas. When you stuck on a problem a good laugh can rid you of negative feelings and allow you to get the positive result. I also agree that people with a good sense of humor are better communicator because he or she will make people around them feel comfortable and laugh together and it also makes relationship become closer.
You also must have the confident to laugh at you. It can build self-confidence because people around will feel relaxes. Last but not least, humor is a great addition to any workplace. So keep laugh and always think positively. You will find that you will be a positive person and always ready to get new challenge.
